Keto Grocery List
Keto-friendly groceries to get you started...
You may have already discovered my free 7-Day Meal Plan, designed to help you explore a healthy keto diet without without all the fussing over macronutrients. If not, it's here.
But what if you're simply looking for a straightforward go-to grocery list you can take with you to any UK supermarket to help you pick out what you need? Well, I've got you. You'll find it below.
You can screenshot the image to your phone, or click the yellow button underneath to download it as a PDF you can print out and write on.
Further down the page, I've also added some relatively clean keto-friendly products you can order off Amazon if you don't feel like making them from scratch or can't get them in your local supermarket.
Clean keto-friendly products
I'm not a fan of processed foods and recommend, wherever possible, finding a recipe and making your own rather than going for shop-bought, but I do recognise that not everyone has the time nor the inclination, so to help you out, I have spent a crazy amount of time scouring products on Amazon UK and analysing ingredient and nutritional information to bring you a list of food items with relatively clean ingredients that you can order for home delivery:
(As an Amazon affiliate, I may get a small commission from any items you buy from the following links. The cost is exactly the same to you.)
Low-carb sausages - Heck sausages available in Tesco are the lowest carb I've found. Check ingredient and nutrition labels of other brands - you're looking for a high pork content. Aldi's Specially Selected Classic Pork Sausages are also pretty good at 90% pork.
Low-carb black pudding - it can be a minefield so always check ingredient and nutrition labels as some are way better than others.
Are you in the Facebook group yet?
If you haven't joined us in our happy keto community yet, do come over. You'll discover recipe inspiration with photos (have you tried a corned beef & onion chaffle?), free keto recipe cards taken from my cookbook, boatloads of support from me and some of the friendliest, kindest, most supportive people you're likely to encounter on Facebook that are like family (the youngest is in her 20s, the oldest is 84 you know), all your "silly" beginner questions answered, and tons of motivation to keep you going - every single day.
You can go it alone if you want to. Or fight through a million spammy posts about twinkies and jello in a US-based community. I don't recommend either of those options, though. Come to where it all makes sense. Press this blue button.
